Mucho Mojo Band è una formazione che nasce all’inizio del 2014 per iniziativa di Andrea Posarelli che insieme a Matt Cressey decide di formare una rock band orientata alle sonorità del rock degli anni 70, con una particolare attenzione al made in USA di stampo sudista. L’idea è di suonare una musica energica e diretta con influssi blues, country e rock andando a recuperare grandi classici ma anche bei brani moderni o del passato da riscoprire. Si aggiungono alla band Antonio Marchesani e Gerardo “Grooveman” Francesconi, musicisti di comprovata esperienza che formano la martellante sezione ritmica del gruppo. Il gruppo nel giro di pochissimo tempo trova subito la sua strada e debutta al Route 66 Di Asciano Pisano il 28 Marzo 2014. Dopo svariate date in Toscana e un piccolo tour nei Pub inglesi a Luglio 2014 la band decide di scrivere del materiale inedito intorno al sound peculiare del gruppo e alla sua amalgama.
Esce quindi il 6 Dic. 2014 un EP dal titolo “Real Mojo” con tre brani inediti che rappresentano al meglio l’energia, la passione e il sound che vogliono trasmettere.
Sempre nel 2014 tra dicembre e gennaio i Mucho Mojo sbarcano di nuovo in U.K., questa volta per un tour massacrante di ben 9 serate di fila toccando di nuovo pub, piccoli teatri di provincia e locali di vario genere nel nord Inghilterra, girando per ben 1200 miglia. A marzo 2016 ancora in UK per altre 4 date.
Dopo queste esperienze live i Mucho Mojo decidono di raccogliere le idee per nuovo materiale inedito che finalmente vede la luce nel 2017 quando ad Agosto esce il disco intitolato “Still Fighting”: 10 brani inediti tra il rock e la melodia con grande impatto energico.
Nel disco figura alla voce come ospite, con il suo grande timbro Soul, Gabriele Martinelli. 
Lo spettacolo che propone la band sono quindi due ore di intrattenimento con pezzi inediti e cover di grande impatto sonoro.

Mucho Mojo Band is a group founded in 2014 by Andrea Posarelli, who, together with Matt Cressey decided to form a rock band based on playing music from the 70s, in particular American rock from the south. The idea was to play energetic music music with influences of blues, country & rock & great classics from the past and some modern tunes. Antonio Marchesani & Gerard “Grooveman” Francesconi joined the band, both musicians with vast experience forming a solid rhythm section of the band. The group found itself in a very short time ready to play and perfomed a debut gig at Route 66 in Asciano, Pisa on the 28th of March 2014. After many gigs in and around the Tuscany region and a small tour of pubs in the uk in July 2014, the band decided to write some of their own material to try and capture their unique sound and feel. So on the 6th of December 2014 they will release an EP entitled ‘Real Mojo’ which features three of their own tracks, that represent the best of their energy, passion and sound that they want to share. In early 2014 Mucho Mojo were be back in the UK. This time for a very tough tour of nine straight dates without a pause, playing pubs and theaters up and down the country, covering more than 1200 miles. In March 2016, again another UK tour, this time only 4 dates.
Following these live experiences, Mucho Mojo decided to gather all their ideas for new material, which finally saw the light of day in 2017, when in the fall, the new album is released called ‘Still Fighting’. Ten new tracks of melodic rock filled with high energy. On the new album, there’s a new great soul/rock voice, as a special guest: Gabriele Martinelli. The band offers a two hour spectacle of high energy entertainment filled with original tracks and all the best covers.
